I would give 0 stars if I could. Had a post office box here for almost 5 years because location was convenient. But the service was terrible. All the staff, especially Arlene, are incredibly rude and downright condescending at times. Honestly, they seem miserable and like they hate working there and dealing with customers. Wouldn't recommend this location for a PO box or for any of your post office needs. Go elsewhere.

Twice within the last month, packages have sat at their facility for over five days. Today they even reported that our business was closed to avoid delivering it - which it is not. Someone needs to shake this place up and get a new staff!

Got my express delivery from AT&T delivered yesterday on time. Today, they didn’t even try with my second package. Scanned it avail for pick up! It doesn’t even need a signature. Put it in the Box or deliver my package!!!

Zero Stars horrible service they don't answer their phones, they lost package and tell me it's my loss because package was not insured.
Black lady who answered the phone hung up on me very rude

The wait wasn't bad but the customer service here is severely lacking. The employees are absolutely rude and incompetent. I cannot stand USPS and this location is a prime example exactly why that is.
