Mr. Dennis Hunt was a pleasure to work with. I left feeling secure in my decision to purchase from Sheehy. There are lots of car lots I could have gone to but I am so happy that I ended up there. They were able to work with my limited budget and get me what I wanted and needed for my family. No pressure, no trick tactics, just good honest customers service. Absolutely incredible experience. We got the car we wanted at a great price and they gave us a good price on our trade in too. The best part is that we bought the car after seeing it online and the next day the salesman Geoff drove it to our house in PA so we could test drive it. No pressure to buy either and he took a lot of time to explain the car features to us. The whole thing was super easy and quick. I would definitely recommend Geoff and Sheehy Infinity to anyone.

Dennis Hunt and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and service oriented. I've been looking for a car for several months, and Dennis has been extremely patient and not pushy until I was ready to make my decision. Went I decided on a pre-owned car, he helped me get exactly what I wanted, even went the extra mile with the service department when I asked to have some additional work done. The service staff are excellent, too. They think of all sorts of details that make the customer's experience smooth and efficient. Thank you, everyone - I love my car!

Hands down, best experience ever with vehicle purchase. In all my years, this was the first time the experience was smooth and efficient. Greg Shields was fantastic. He called, we spoke about my parameters, and he quickly sent me a list of vehicles. He was professional and his customer service was exceptional. He respected my busy schedule and my desire to have a hassle-free experience. And that it was! All the work was done on the front end, via text I might add! I showed up at the dealership and drove away two hours later with my vehicle. They have gained a loyal customer! Thanks Sheehy Infiniti.

Good scheduling, loaner, coordination. Mechanic said desirable to replace leaky valve cover gaskets. I paid for that just 7 months ago! Turns out I'd cracked the 12,000 mile service warranty. Leaves me skeptical. Either machinists did NOT do it last time, or did piss poor job. Could this be the guy who forgot to tighten my main belt when it was replaced a few years back, such that it fell off when I was on the highway, killing power steering and power brakes?? Or the mechanic that left a bolt or some such that went "boom boom boom" as I drove the first 20 feet after pickup, only to have it mysteriously be "nothing found" when looked into and the car returned 10 minutes later? Or the one that forgot to hook up the sensor for my crash inflation bag, and when I u-turned and gave the car right back, ten minutes later the car came out and I was told "That's odd - the mechanic says the sensor was fine. It works now." I feel sorry for the service reps- they really try their best.
