I needed to rent a bigger car to pick up my daughter from college..mine was not big enough for all her stuff. The staff was so helpful making sure i got what I needed and at a cost that didn't make me cry... they were fast and helpful and checking back in was very quick and they were very busy but treated me very well..thank you will be back.

I needed a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. I live 2 blocks from the Fife Enterprise, but due increased travel during the New Years Eve Holiday location, they only had 1 truck an 1 van left. This location was the next nearest location with vehicles available. I walked in, picked up my car, and was on my way in 5 minutes. They had me in a sedan, but I really wanted an SUV, and they had one available. When it came time to pickup my vehicle, I was able to leave it with the Progressive service station because they have an employee on site. Very happy with the service.

Great customer service such as friendly and very accommodating.  They are able to know me and willing to assist me and other customers to the best of their ability.  Jessie is the branch manager that always go beyond what we as customers expect , example solving customer's problem or concern and intervene if needed to help his associates within that branch.   They are all cool.  Thanks!

The people there are amazing very friendly and professional.  They were also quick so I didnt have to wait long.  I will definitely be renting more cars from them. Also they were way cheaper then every other rental place.

The employees are wonderful. More like friends.  I am never disappointed in the service they provide and the vehicles they find for me. I rent up and down the west coast and this branch of Enterprise is far and beyond their best.
