If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased my first car from this dealership and could not be more excited! I had a great experience with our salesman Ola, until the day I left with the car. After getting home, I noticed a concern with the suspension in the car. I did not think this would be a big issue considering the amount the staff stressed their great customer service. I have had the car for nearly a month now and the staff refuses to address the issue! I have reached out to them 15+ times and they have done everything they can to push me away. There inspections on there cars are completely faulty and fake! After taking my car in 2 weeks ago, they have done literally nothing to fix the issue. They called me completely unaware of what is going on. I have had to explain my situation countless times, yet nothing has been done. I am only 22 years old and they have completely taken advantage of that.

If you are smart, you would avoid this dealership at all costs. Getting my signature was a very smooth process, but once you leave the lot, they could care less about you. 90 day warranty for all cars purchased? Completely not true. There inability to communicate with there customers is shocking. I have called countless times and have been sent to voicemail every time without a single call back. 

Although they come off as very pleasant and helpful, it is a classic swindlers trick. Avoid the headache completely and take your money elsewhere. It is sad to see a company with such great vehicles and pleasant people be completely ruined by terrible customer service.

Lawrence Huggins made my first experience at Annapolis Volvo smooth and easy. I found the car I wanted online and called to ask about it. He welcomed me in to the dealership on his day off so he could work with me.

The car I wanted was used and had just arrived at Volvo. He had the exterior cleaned before showing me the car. He was pleasant during our test drive. He shared valuable information about the car and kept the conversation flowing in a relaxed manner.

When I returned the next day to buy the car, Lawrence was just as attentive and solid to work with. He addressed my questions about the age of the tires. He was patient at all times and I felt heard and understood as a customer. At times during our conversations, Lawrence showed compassion for a wide variety of people that indicated he was a warm person and not just on a hustle for sales.

I would recommend Lawrence to anyone looking to buy a car. He is a solid person and great with customers.

Our salesman Ola was very pleasant to deal with. Car broke down less than two days after we purchased it. Won't make good on a 90 day warranty. Draw your own conclusion. Terrible management. Avoiding the problem at hand. They got caught selling a lemon. I strongly advise anyone not to purchase a used car from this crew.

Be responsible dealership...have your VP telephone me or my son Alec. You have our phone numbers. Don't ask me to call you. We've been trying for 3 weeks to have you take some action. Contact Ola or your service department manager.....get involved and stop sticking your head in the sand.

Bought a 2017 V90CC and had a great experience with Ola and Annapolis Volvo.  Sent an inquiry on July 4th when the dealership was closed and Ola emailed me back within minutes.  I live in DC so Annapolis Volvo is a little far to get to but they offered the best deal, and I was able to arrange everything with Ola by email ahead of time.  When I arrived, they had the car covered and waiting for me in the showroom, so they could unveil it when I got there!  A nice touch.  Only had to sign a few papers and was out the door and headed back to DC in no time.  Would highly recommend working with Ola - very professional and pleasant.

I inquired this dealership with no hope, I seriously didn't think as a 18 year old I would be driving off the lot with a certified pre owned 2010 Volvo S80. I love Volvo's, I owned a 02 S60 until I hit a deer. I really wanted a newer one but just thought owning one was a pipe dream. Well it happened, it really did. My salesman Ola was quick with communication and did everything I asked to accommodate me. The one I really have to thank is Marva (aka marvelous Marvin) the finance manager, she went out of her way to get me a outstanding interest rate and a deal to suite my budget perfectly. She really pulled some strings for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. Overall 10/10 service here. I love Volvo cars regardless but also can't help but love the type of business these guys conduct. I will always be an Annapolis Volvo Cars customer for life!
